Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B rocketing taxi.

On October 21, 2015, the Defendant driven the above taxi at around 06:20 on October 21, 2015, and moved the shooting distance in front of the Yeongdong of Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul to the front slope of the mountain basin of the Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu.

Since there is a crosswalk where pedestrian signal, etc. is installed, in such cases, the driver of the motor vehicle has a duty of care to safely drive the crosswalk by checking whether there is a pedestrian who is a driver of the motor vehicle.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim due to the above occupational negligence, such as the frame and closure of the frameworks of the reproduction on the left side, which requires approximately six weeks medical treatment.
