Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a Clearning Car.

A driver of any motor vehicle that drives along a road shall operate the motor vehicle in compliance with signals and instructions conveyed by traffic safety facilities.

On November 1, 2016, the Defendant, at around 10:46, operated in violation of the signal by passing through the stop line and passing through the red signal crossing even though the signal, etc. installed at the said intersection changed to a yellow signal, etc., at the speed of five lanes in the direction of the margin of the mountain, from the erogate of the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangseo-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government road, 221 well-distance intersection, at the direction of the margin of the mountain.
