A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol at 00:10% of alcohol during blood without a driver’s license on October 12, 2014; (b) under the influence of alcohol at 0.134% of alcohol during blood, the annual obscison in Busan Birra-dong from the apartment front to the home fluscison road located in the same Dong from the apartment road to the home fluscis.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged E’s signature and exercised it.
