Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Incheon District Court on March 13, 2008, is a person who has been sentenced to a fine of two million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Incheon District Court on March 13, 2008, and on August 21, 2014, a fine of one million or more times as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the support of the Suwon Friwon, and two times as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving).

1. On July 15, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents stated “F” in the indictment without obtaining a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.109% in light of the blood alcohol level from around 01:30 on July 15, 2015, but this appears to be an obvious clerical error of “C”.
