Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 4, 2013, the Defendant has a record of punishing drinking driving on at least two occasions, such as receiving a fine of two million won for a violation of road traffic law (driving), and a fine of five million won on October 31, 2016 in the same court as the same crime.

On July 14, 2017, the Defendant driven B K5 cars while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.054% alcohol level, without obtaining a driver's license, at a section of about 2 km from the roads in front of the Gunpo-si located in the Gunpo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.
