Punishment of the crime

From April 7, 2014 to April 29, 2014, the Defendants: “F” located on the second floor E in Gyeyangnam-si; Defendant A is the business owner operating the said commercial sex acts; Defendant B is in charge of carbter employees; Defendant C is in charge of kitchen and cleaning; and Defendant C is recruited to arrange to arrange to arrange to arrange to arrange to sexual traffic to customers who found the said business place.

On April 29, 2014, the Defendants: (a) received 130,000 won as the price for sexual traffic from male customers who found the said place at the said business place; (b) assisted female employees G to have sexual intercourse by bringing them into the room for sexual traffic; and (c) brought them into the said “F” business place from April 7, 2014 to April 29, 2014, to have them pay 75,000 won out of the price for sexual traffic; and (d) brought them into the said business place to female employees G, H and I sexual traffic, by having them pay 75,000 won out of the price for sexual traffic; and (e) bringing them into the said “F” business place from April 7, 2014 to April 29, 2014.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to arrange commercial sex acts for business purposes.
