Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Damage to property;

A. From around 09:00 on October 24, 2013 to around 10:0, the Defendant damaged the property owned by the victim by the Defendant, by making use of engine saws, the sum of KRW 250,460,000, KRW 50,000 of the market price owned by the victim, which was planted on the said land, on the ground that the victim did not transfer the said land despite the expiration of the lease period.

B. On October 29, 2013, from around 09:00 to around 10:0, the Defendant destroyed the property owned by the victim by making two parts of the victim’s name in the same place as the entry of paragraph 1(a) in the same manner as the entry of paragraph 1(a) of this Article, who installed on the said land occupy four volts, such as the stringle street, etc. on the part of the victim’s owner of the above land, to cover the repair costs in the market.

2. Intrusion into a structure;

A. On October 24, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 07:00 on October 24, 2013, when, among the land owned by the Defendant, the land owned by the Defendant was leased by D from the victim; (b) without going through a door and a rear door installed on the said land; and (c) without permission, intruded the fence installed on the boundary of the said land into the structure managed by the victim.

B. On October 25, 2013, around 07:00, the Defendant entered the places indicated in paragraph (1) of Article 2 and the same method as paragraph (1) and intruded on the structure managed by the victim.

C. At around 07:00 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant intruded into the building managed by the victim by entering the places indicated in paragraph (a) of Article 2 and the same method as paragraph (a) of Article 2.

On November 8, 2013, around 07:00, the Defendant invadedd the building managed by the victim by entering the places described in paragraph (a) of Article 2, and the same method as paragraph (a) of Article 2.
