Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A is a person who operates a stock company B, which is a motor vehicle parts business entity in Daegu Metropolitan City-gun E.
A person is prohibited from employing a person who does not have the status of stay eligible for job-seeking activities. On June 10, 2013, the Defendant employed 30 foreigners who did not have the status of stay eligible for job-seeking activities, including employment of Vietnam F, who did not have the status of stay eligible for job-seeking activities, as shown in the attached list of crimes (Ⅰ).
2. Defendant B, a representative of the Defendant, employed 30 foreigners who did not have a legitimate status of stay as described in paragraph (1) with respect to the Defendant’s business.
3. Defendant C is a person who operates H as a human resources supplier company in Daegu-si G in order to ensure that the Defendant is a person who operates H.
No person may arrange the employment of a foreigner who does not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities as a business. On August 31, 2014, the Defendant arranged I, who entered the visa exemption and did not have the eligibility for employment activities, to B, and received 359,000 won monthly fees from that time to December 21, 2016, and arranged the employment of 14 foreigners who did not have the status of sojourn eligible for employment activities in B, such as the list of crimes (Ⅱ) in the attached Table (II).
