A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 10, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective action, deadly weapons, etc.), etc. at the Daegu District Court (Tgu District Court), and completed the execution of the sentence in the first prison of North Korea on November 10, 2014.

On March 22, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant received 100,000 won from G in front of the “Seoul-gu” market located in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and received psychotropic drugs from D, and received Meptamsa (copon, hereinafter referred to as “coponon”) non-copics (one-time medication), which is psychotropic drugs, from G, and sent them to G.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between D and G.
