Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 3.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On September 29, 2015, the Defendant driven B QM5 car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.162% in blood, from around the road near the Central Station located in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, to the front road of the “Nompongpo Park” located in Seongdong-gu, Seosan-si, Ansan-si.
