When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 25, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol content 0.167% among blood transfusions, the Defendant driven the amount of typ-car at approximately 27km in the section of 27km from the site below the discharge line of the Seoul Metropolitan Government to the upper street of the Jacheon-dong Sucheon-dong Sucheon-dong high-speed.
