On September 9, 2017, the Defendant driven a vehicle B in the 500-meter coo-coo, from a watch back side of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, to the front day of Dongwon-si, under the influence of alcohol content 0.127% of alcohol among blood transfusion around 00:10.
