Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 11, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Cheongju District Court, and on March 29, 2013, the same court was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison Branch on July 1, 2013.
The Defendant, together with B, C, and D, intentionally caused a traffic accident against vehicles, etc. violating the signal, and conspired to receive money from the damaged person by filing a report on the victim Matts Fire Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., as if he caused a traffic accident by negligence.
B, around November 11, 2013, around 18:25, he tried to turn to the left in violation of the signal sent to the Defendant, C, and D on the G F in front of the Daejeon Western-gu EF and was waiting for a signal signal.

From that time until June 30, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with B, C, D, J, K, L, and M, received or paid a total of 34,727,470 won from five victims under the name of agreed money and medical expenses, etc., and acquired property benefits equivalent to that amount, as stated in the List of Crimes (1 to 5).
