A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CPoter II cargo vehicles.

On June 15, 2013, at around 13:15, the Defendant made a turn to the left at an unsured speed at a two-lane distance from the south Nele Park, along the flood slope, from the south Nele Park.
