Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On March 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in October, 2010 and the judgment became final and conclusive on March 22, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. Around February 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) driving on the road from the front day of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front day of about 1.8 km-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, to the front day of about 1.8 km-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license.

2. On February 25, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven a benz car without obtaining a driver’s license on February 23, 2017, driving the said benz car, and driving the five-lane road north-ro, which is located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Joint Zone, along the four-lanes of the road at the speed of about 30 km from the grick intersection to the grown Blue Blux.

At the time of night and the victim F(31) is followed by the G SP car driven by the vehicle. In such a case, if a person engaged in driving of the vehicle is well aware of the situation and the vehicle ahead stops suddenly, there was a duty of care to ensure safety distance to avoid a collision with the vehicle ahead and to prevent the accident in advance.

Nevertheless, the defendant found that the above SPP car was stopped due to the negligence of driving in close vicinity and late, but the above SPP car was set up in front part of the above SPP car, and the above SPP car was set up in front part of the above SPPP car, and due to the shock, the part of the victim H(68 S) which the above SPP car was stopped in front of it was pushed down in the future.

Ultimately, the Defendant’s negligence in the above occupational negligence caused the victim FF to use a spac car, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
