1. Summary of the facts charged in this case

A. On June 2012, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false statement to the effect that "if he/she provides business via the Internet, but lends 60 million won as he/she needs to pay money, he/she will complete payment after combining principal and interest within 2 months."
