Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates railroad safety Acts shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers due to violence or intimidation;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at around December 16, 2016, was under the influence of alcohol in front of the counter of the Yananancheon-gu, South-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, the Defendant was requested by C by the Special Judicial Police Officers of the Railroad Special Police Agency, who is a railroad employee, for the “debrising” by the said C, and the said C was subject to the request by the said C.

Nevertheless, on December 16, 2016, the Defendant arrested a flagrant offender with the same assault as No. 1 on December 22:38, 2016. On the same day, around 22:42 on the same day, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim C, such as a 4 middle ridges that require approximately four weeks of medical treatment on the left side of the victim, following a three-time departure from the port of the right wharf.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate performance of duties concerning the maintenance of order in railroad facilities of railroad workers and inflicted injury on the victims.
