A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 8, 2020, at around 20:30 on October 20, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) 20:30, around the entrance in front of the entrance between the D Rose of Sharon No. 3 trains and No. 4, which arrive at the C Station located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) intending to get out of the said train, she flick one hand back from the victim E (V, 23 years of age) to the victim’s right mack.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.

2. No person who violates railroad safety Acts shall interfere with the performance of duties of railroad workers due to violence or intimidation;

Nevertheless, at around 20:43 on October 8, 2020, the Defendant requested several times that the Defendant voluntarily accompanied by the Seoul Regional Railroad Police Team G located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Special Police Station G, and the Defendant, a railroad employee, to wear a garkes under the margin in the course of questioning the circumstances of the instant case, and requested that the Defendant wear a garkes. In addition, the Defendant sent the Defendant a severe desire to the Defendant, stating, “I must do so, I must do so, and I must do so son, I must do so son, I son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son, I am son.” The Defendant again took the victim’s desire to assault the victim’s left side by assaulting the victim.

In the process that the injured party arrested the accused in the act of violation of the Railroad Safety Act, and took the lock, and again, the accused assaulted the victim's right side by her head at one time, and after being arrested, the victim's left right side is walking up once.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with legitimate duties concerning the maintenance of order and crime control of railroad police officers, who are railroad workers.
