[Defendant A, B, and C] Defendant A and B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and Defendant C shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall engage in the business of converting into money or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water.

1. Defendant A, B, and C’s joint criminal act committed a game room in the Seongdong-gu, Jeonjin-gu, Seoul, from April 7, 2017 to June 20, 2017, and Defendant B, as the head of the business division of the above business establishment, managed customers and employees, and Defendant C is the customer in the above game site, and Defendant C is expected to be the customer in order to take charge of exchanging game outcomes.
