Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) driven a Fcom-sports van under the influence of alcohol by 0.131% from the section of approximately 3km to the road in front of the C cafeteria located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, the Defendant driven a Fcom-sports van under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.131%.
