1. Larceny;

A. On August 28, 2016, from around 01:00 to around 02:00, the Defendant discovered E&W car at the victim D’s nearby Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, the victim’s market price at KRW 9.610,00,00, and opened a door of the non-Correctioned vehicle and cut off one copy of the card and the No.C. card owned by the victim and the No.C. card owned by the victim in the vehicle, and operated the vehicle with the auxiliary key inside the vehicle, thereby cutting down.

B. On September 14, 2016, around 20:35, the Defendant: (a) discovered the I Cost Engine car in the parking lot for G Co., Ltd., the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 3.280,000,00 in the victim H owned by the Defendant; (b) opened a door of a vehicle not corrected; (c) opened the door of the vehicle in the vicinity of the driver’s seat loss; and (d) drive the said bus with the key of the vehicle in the vicinity of the driver’s seat loss and stolen it.

On September 15, 2016, the Defendant discovered a LM3 car owned by the victim K and opened a door of a non-Correctioned vehicle at the Judio-gun, Judio-gun, Chungcheongnamcheon-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnamcheon-do, and stolen the vehicle with one driver's license owned by the victim, one national card, one new card, and one card from the victim's wall that was kept in the vehicle.

On September 16, 2016, the Defendant discovered a PJ car with 1,200,000 won at the N parking lot located in Jincheon-gun, Jincheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, by sticking the key of the victim O at the N parking lot and parked by the victimO, and stolen it by walking at the dong and driving.

2. Violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in credit and fraud;

A. On August 28, 2016, at around 11:46, the Defendant purchased a 35,000 won of the market price at the “R clothes store operated by the non-victim of the name in Seoul Q.” and offered a stolen D’s new card to an employee as if he was his credit card company, and had the employee pay 35,000 won of the above goods.
