Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment and two years of suspended execution as a crime of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 18, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on March 26, 2014. On July 16, 2014, the Incheon District Court sentenced eight months of imprisonment as a crime of violating the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Incheon District Court on July 28, 2014, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 28
1. On February 2, 2014, the Defendant, at a conference room where the trade name in the Dobongcheon-dong, Seoul Special Metropolitan City is unknown, mix approximately 0.03 grams of psychotropic drugs, psychotropic drugs, and psychotropic drugs, mix them into water, and injected them using a disposable injection device with each other.
