A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Of the facts charged in the instant case, the violation of the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Credit and April 30, 2015.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. and a fine of KRW 300,000,000,000. On November 2, 2013, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence in the Port of the Daegu District Court.

1. On March 2015, the Defendant became aware of the victim C (C, female, 27 years of age) who is a Vietnam female woman through the estest Scon, Scon, Scon, a smartphone, North Korea, and was living together with the victim at the Defendant’s residence located in Da and B, 303, from Apr. 1, 2015 to Apr. 1, 2015.

A. On March 29, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant heard the horses from the damaged person’s residence, and assaulted the victim’s face on two occasions with another hand by putting the victim’s head head debt with only one hand.

B. On April 22, 2015, around Jinju-si E 20:0, the Defendant: (a) transferred the victim’s animals to another place; (b) on the ground that the victim did not inform the Defendant of anywhere the victim’s animals to hedge with the Defendant; (c) and (d) assaulted the victim at around twice the victim’s her hand at the time on the ground that the victim did not speak of anywhere the victim’s animals.

On April 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 20:30, around Jinju-si, 2015, the Defendant: (b) discovered the victim’s family at the victim’s friendship with the F and talked about the victim’s family; and (c) assaulted the victim’s head head by hand on the ground that the victim’s conversations with the victim’s friendship with Vietnam.

around 19:00 on April 23, 2015, the Defendant, at the above Defendant’s residence, told the victim to have snick, “snick, snick, snick, snick, and snick in the Defendant’s body,” but instead, the Defendant snicked the victim’s bath on the ground that the victim was refused to do so, and entered the victim’s body with her hand, and carried the snick.
