The indictment against the Defendants is dismissed.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. Defendant A committed assault, around October 17, 2017, at “F store” located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu, about 17:50 on October 10, 2017, including assaulting the Victim B (F store, 50 years of age) and the monthly-year-old problem with the Victim B (F store) and the Victim B (50 years of age).

B. Defendant B, at the same time and place as above, wraped with the victim A (n, 74 years of age) and the victim A, and wraped with their hairs and necks with two hand.

2. Determination

(a) Punishment Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(b) Crimes of non-violation of intention: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act.

(c) Members who were not subject to punishment after public prosecution: Legal statement on April 13, 2018;

(d) Judgment dismissing a public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
