The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On May 16, 2017, the summary of the facts charged victim C (V, 29 years of age) took the face of the defendant who took the alcohol together from “E main points” located in Youngcheon-si D around 08:30 on May 16, 2017.

On the same day, the victim took one hand from the front of the "G Child Care Center" in Yongcheon-si, 09:25 on the same day, and took 10 faces, arms, and body of the defendant in another hand.

The Defendant assaulted the victim’s head debt by setting up against the above violence events.

2. Determination

(c) Members not subject to punishment after public prosecution: Legal statement on May 16, 2018;
