1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,186,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 20, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. On May 25, 201, the Plaintiff entered into a long-term continuing construction contract with the Defendant and the Jeonbuk University on the total contract amounting to KRW 5,686,979,000, and the construction period from June 1, 2011 to January 20, 2013, with respect to the construction of the nursing center at the North Korean University (hereinafter “instant construction”).

The Defendant completed the instant construction work on December 21, 2013.

B. From September 14, 2015 to September 23, 2015, the Ministry of Education under the Plaintiff’s jurisdiction demanded the president of the former North Korean University to conduct a comprehensive audit of the former North Korean University, and to recover the settlement of accounts related to the instant construction from January 7, 2016 and to take relevant accounting revenues.

(1) Where it is necessary to adjust the contract amount due to changes in the distance of transportation of government-funded materials or other changes in the terms and conditions of a contract pursuant to Article 66 of the Enforcement Decree of the Act on Contracts to Which the State is a Party, the contract amount shall be adjusted

With respect to the instant project, the Jeonbuk-do University shall recover 171,000 won from the settlement of accounts due to changes in the distance of transport of government-funded materials as follows:
