Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 2, 2017, around 02:40, the Defendant entered the front section of the toilet located between the first floor and the second floor of the commercial building that is managed by the victim's name in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City C, with the intent to view that the female is melting the side in that section.

As above, the Defendant invadedd the building managed by others.
