1. The defendant is on the land cadastre B 31 square meters (on the land register: B 102 square meters) and C 9 square meters at the time of racing to the plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment by public notice for recognition (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. In light of various circumstances such as the fact that the Plaintiff, as a local government, was incorporated into the road with each real estate listed in the order of 1958 and did not complete the registration until now, it is deemed fair to bear the litigation costs individually.
