1. The Defendants completed the acquisition by prescription on December 20, 1978 with respect to each of one-half shares of 1/2 of the 149 square meters in racing-si Co., Ltd. to the Plaintiff.

2. Judgment on deemed confession based on recognition (Articles 208 (3) 2 and 150 (3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. Considering various circumstances such as the fact that the Plaintiff, a local government, was incorporated into the road the real estate stated in the order of 1958, and the registration was not completed up until now, the costs of lawsuit are fair to be borne by each party.
