Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 23:00 on September 21, 2013, the Defendant assaulted the Defendant’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu B and 302, the Defendant’s wife, upon receiving a report by harming the Defendant’s wife, and the Defendant was able to engage in flag and flag to the Defendant’s seat and flag E, leading to the seat of the Seoul Southern Police Station C District and the seat of the police station, and the Defendant was arrested in the act of committing a crime and detained on the back of the patrol.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties of police officers.
