Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 29, 2013, the Defendant, at the “C” drinking house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, expressed desire to D, who is a drinking house, and was called for a disturbance upon receiving a report from the slope E belonging to the Seoul Southern Police Station, and obstructed the Defendant’s legitimate execution of duties concerning the maintenance of order by police officers, who were able to give a bath to E and make a drinking to the said E.
