1. The Defendants jointly combine the Plaintiff with KRW 98,00,000, and Defendant B with regard thereto from July 19, 2014 to October 13, 2015.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Claims against Defendant 1 and 3: Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. Claims against Defendant 2 and 4: Judgment on deemed confession (Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
4. The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 201 by the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement, October 1, 2015).
