1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to KRW 130,624,776 and KRW 100,00,00 among them, Defendant A Co., Ltd. shall start from October 31, 2013.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);
3. Partial dismissal of a claim filed against Defendant A: The statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings is changed from October 1, 2015 to 15% per annum pursuant to the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Enforcement on October 1, 2015), whichever is partly dismissed.
