Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) at the Cheongju District Court Support on the Cheongju District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on June 3, 2015.

[Criminal facts]

1. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads;

A. On July 22, 2015, around 18:30, the Defendant, via the street from the front side of the 13-dong Cheongwon apartment to the lower side of the car-only 930-5, Seocheon-dong Cheongcheon-si, Seocheon-si, to the front side of the 12-km-dong 930-5, and again, driven a C body-man car without obtaining a driver’s license from the 12-km section to the front side of the said 13-lane apartment.

B. On September 24, 2015, around 10:30 on September 24, 2015, the Defendant, via the juitius, which is located on the street from the front side of the 13-dong Cheongdong-dong Cheongcheon-si Cheongdo-ro 13 to the 8-ro juitius, once again, driven a C juman-man car without obtaining a driver’s license within the 6km section from the front side of the said juit apartment to the front side of the said 13-lane.

2. On November 14, 2015, the Defendant was driving a C-man car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 0.254% from a 500-meter section from the front side of the Cheongdong-dong Cheongdong-dong 13-dong Cheongdong-dong to the front front side of the Cheongwon-dong Cheongdong-dong-dong Cheongdong-dong Cheongcheon-si, in a light of the Road Traffic Act (LA) around 19:35, 2015.
