A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant stolen or acquired a mobile phone, purchased a mobile phone from a person who arbitrarily owns it, and sentenced him to the profits from selling it.

1. On January 29, 2014, at around 00:25, the Defendant expressed his intent to sell a mobile phone (gallon 31 unit and a market value equivalent to KRW 800,000) on the owner’s non-owned mobile phone (gallon 31 unit and a market value) that he had been a taxi driver on the front side of the Seo-gu Daejeon District, Seo-gu, Daejeon. Around 00:50 on February 5, 2014, the Defendant expressed his/her intent to sell the H mobile phone (bee one and the amount equivalent to 690,000 won in the market price) owned by G with a passenger at the same place, and purchased at KRW 30,00,000 with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen.
