A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who illegally stays in Vietnam's nationality, or a person who purchased a high cell phone and sells the above mobile phone to Vietnam's local wholesalers through those who visit Vietnam.
1. Acquisition of stolen property;
A. On August 8, 2016, around 23:00, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 320,000,000, after being aware of the fact that 4 cost of a mobile phone, such as Samsung G5 mobile phones, Samsung G5 mobile phone 5 mobile phone 1 unit, Sogno Nomno-5 mobile phone 1 unit, and Sogno (SOL mobile phone) cell phone 1 unit, which is owned by the victim’s name-consored persons who were lost from the victim’s name-consored persons, before the Gunpo Station No. 1-27 located in Gunpo-si, Sipo-si.
B. At around 23:00 on August 11, 2016, the Defendant acquired stolen goods by purchasing KRW 2.50,000 for a so-called Samsung Ggaltha 7 mobile phone in so-called Samsung Galtha City, the market value of which was lost by the victims of the above C at the same place.
C. At around 23:00 on August 22, 2016, at the same place, the Defendant acquired Samsung Ggal juthot 5 mobile phones of an amount equivalent to KRW 900,000,00,00 in the market value of the Dong-owned owned by the victim E, and KRW 1,70,000 in the market value of the Dong-owned owned by the victim E; KRW 1,000,00,000 in the value of Samsung Ggalthal jumth, which is the same owned by the victim F; KRW 8,00,000 in the market value of the Dong-owned owned by the victim, one mobile phone; KRW 1,00,000 in the market value of the victims; KRW 5,00,00 in the market value of the Dong-owned owned by the victims, two mobile phone-owned by the victims, and KRW 1,70,00,00 in the aggregate.
The Defendant, around 14:00 on August 29, 2016, purchased the stolen goods at KRW 2.90,000,00, after being aware of the fact that one cost of Samsung Ggalno No. 5 mobile phones was the stolen goods in the value of KRW 900,00,000, the market price of the Dong, the victim first lost from the 8th floor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G building.
