Punishment of the crime

1. From December 2012 to January 2013, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately 10 cell phoness, including Aphone 4 and gallon jus2, even though he/she was aware of the fact that he/she is a stolen over several occasions from D offices located in Ansan-si, Seoul Building 402.

2. From July 2012 to January 1, 2013, the Defendant purchased 46 opphones from the proprietor of the pertinent D office with knowledge of the fact that he/she is a stolen over several occasions, and acquired each stolen object.

3. On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant purchased six cell phones, such as gallonno and honon 4S, with knowledge of the fact that he/she is a stolen at the foregoing D office throughout several times from H after society, and acquired each stolen property.

4. On October 2012, the Defendant purchased approximately 20 cell phoness, such as gallonians, gallonians, and alphones, even though he/she was aware of the fact that it is a stolen object from the first president in front of an office near the Incheon State Station, and acquired each stolen object.

5. On December 2012, the Defendant purchased 150 cell phoness from K to January 2013, 2013, with knowledge of about seven stolens from K in Ansan-si, and acquired each stolen object by purchasing 150 cell phoness, such as galthot1, galthot2, galthot galthot2, galthodin3, galthodin galthodin3, galthodin galthodin2, galthodin galthodin1, galthodin 4, gal

6. On January 15, 2013, around 16:00, the Defendant purchased gallon 1 and gallon gallon 2 with knowledge of the fact that it is a stolen property from the male (one person L) of the latter half of 20 in front of the 20th half of Seongbuk-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.

7. Around 12:00 on January 16, 2013, the Defendant purchased ten cell phoness with knowledge of the fact that they are stolen from the first president, and acquired stolens.
