Defendant
A, B, C, D, and E shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant F and G shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1.5 million.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On May 20, 2013, Defendant A transferred a passbook of the comprehensive savings account (a new bank,J) that is an occupant’s savings deposit account to I at the office of the new Korea Port Co., Ltd., Ltd. located in the Busan Dong-gu, Busan, and received, in return, KRW 100,000 won, including KRW 100,000,000,000,000 around January 2015.
2. Defendant B
A. On December 20, 2013, the Defendant: (a) transferred to I a passbook of a comprehensive savings account (company bank, K) with an occupant’s savings account; and (b) received, in return, KRW 100,000 won, including KRW 100,000,000,000,000 from the end of November 2014.
B. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant transferred a passbook for the comprehensive housing subscription (bank, L) to I, which is an occupant’s savings certificate, at the office of the new Tong-gu, Busan Dong-dong, and received KRW 100,000 as a result of the transfer.
3. Defendant C
A. On August 8, 2012, the Defendant transferred to I a passbook of the Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings (CF) which is an occupant’s savings deposit account at the office of the new Tong-dong, Busan Metropolitan Government, the Defendant received KRW 1,100,000,000,000 in total, around March 2014, and received KRW 1,100,000,000 from I.
B. On April 24, 2014, the Defendant transferred a passbook of the Housing Subscription Comprehensive Savings (Agricultural Cooperatives and N) to I, a savings certificate, at the office of the new Tong-dong, which was located in Busan Dong-gu, Busan, to I, and received KRW 100,000 as a result of the transfer.
4. On March 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) transferred, to I, the head of the savings account (a new bank,O), a certified copy of resident registration, and an abstract of resident registration, etc., a resident savings deposit account (hereinafter referred to as the “resident savings account”); and (b) received KRW 110,000,000,000,000,000 won around March 30, 2015.
5. Defendant E
A. On December 3, 2012, the Defendant is an occupant’s savings certificate to I at the office of the New Korea Port Co., Ltd. located in the Busan Dong-gu.
