Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendants
A. On July 5, 2015, at around 01:00 on July 5, 2015, the Defendants conspired to steal V and passenger cars, and then continued to run the said car in front of the Daejeon Central District of Daejeon, the victim X-owned market value of KRW 1.5 million. Defendant A opened a driver’s seat and sited on the driver’s seat of the said car by using the front line prepared in advance. Defendants and V set up a car, and the Defendants andV moved to a stop line, and Defendant C moved to the front line, and moved to the back seat of the said car.
Accordingly, the defendants stolen the victim's property together with V.
B. After the Defendants were urged to steal V and precious metals, around 16:45 on July 7, 2015, the Defendants returned the above gold sheet to the wind that he was asked to return the gold sheet to the victim who was suspected, from the perspective of “AB” operated by the victim AA in the Z in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam, the victim’s starting line to the other place, and V, from the market price of the victim’s possession, he saw the gold sheet to the other place.

C. After the Defendants were urged to steal V and precious metal, around July 19:24, 2015, the Defendants came to a mutual screen of the “AE” operated by the victim AD in the Hacheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and according to the above conspiracy, the Defendants were waiting in the said EF Sota car in the vicinity of the said bank, and the Defendants went to the said EF Sota car, waiting in the vicinity of the said bank, and, upon entering the said door, V got out of the said bank with a half of the market price of KRW 500,000,000 from the victim and went to the hand, and went to the said EF Sota car.
Accordingly, the defendants stolen the victim's property together with V.
2. Defendant A is in the Jung-gu Daejeon District without a driver’s license around July 7, 2015.
