Punishment of the crime

1. In case of intrusion into a room and theft, around 10:00 on June 8, 2015, the Defendant stolen money and valuables owned by the victims by intrusion into a sick room over a total of eight times, as indicated in the list of crimes (attached Form 1) (1) from around the above day to September 3, 2015, when the victim E came to a hospital 808 room in Pyeongtaek-si, Pyeongtaek-si, and intrusion into a sick room by using the gap in which the victim E was located, and then he went to an arm’s length, followed by an attack into a sick room, and cut off the victim’s new card owned by the victim.
2. Violation of the Act on Specialized Credit Financial Business, and fraud, around June 10:17, 2015, the Defendant purchased clothes in G operated by the victim’s name in Pyeongtaek-siF, and was granted property by inducing an employee who is unaware of his/her name to pay KRW 210,700 for the amount of clothes by presenting the stolen E’s new card as stated in the above paragraph (1) to the Defendant, and using the stolen credit card, and receiving the clothes by deceiving the victim, as well as between the above day and September 10:47, 2015 (attached Form 2).
3. On August 22, 2015, the Defendant attempted to commit fraud: (a) purchased a fluort from the room operated by the victim’s name in Gwangju Mine-gu H on August 16:4, 2015; and (b) presented the victim’s fluort card (attached Form 1 / [Attachment 1] to an employee who is not aware of his/her name, such as No. 7 per annum, by suggesting that the fluort card was the Defendant.
