Punishment of the crime

1. When a daily life cost was needed while coming back with B while the Defendant was going back, the Defendant: (a) went to another person’s house; (b) went from March 21, 2015 to 14:00 on the same day to the office of the victim F of the victim of Busan Jin-gu, Busan; (c) reported the network; and (d) the Defendant opened the entrance and opened the entrance and opened the entrance at the entrance of the entrance at the entrance of the entrance; and (c) held a new card with KRW 30,000 in cash owned by the victim.

The Defendant, together with B, by deceiving the victim by using stolen credit cards as above, used the stolen credit card in the name of F by purchasing goods of KRW 335,700 in total five times from around that time to March 21, 2015, as shown in the list of crimes, including purchasing goods of KRW 335,700 in total, as shown in the list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards in collusion with B, and received financial benefits or goods by deceiving victims.

Defendant A, along with B (Juvenile Protective Disposition on the same Day), runs away from the house, and runs away from the house.
