A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A. Nevertheless, the Defendant, on October 21, 2019, received KRW 800,000 from the victim’s account (Account Number: G) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and acquired KRW 1,20,000 on October 22, 2019 from the victim, respectively.

3. Violation of credit-specialized financial business;

A. On November 15, 2019, around November 15, 2019, the Defendant entered the F card number (I) and the effective period (*****) in the name of the body in order to settle the price after obtaining the F card under the victim’s name from H that visited to purchase the above D shop, to settle the price, and entered the F card number (I) and the effective period (***).

Accordingly, the defendant had another person's credit card information identified by fraud or other improper means.

B. On November 18, 2019, around November 18, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received the F card from the victim’s name for the settlement of the price from the J that visited the said D store to purchase the computer marina; (b) paid the price; and (c) entered the said F card number (K) and the term of validity (****) in the domain.

Accordingly, the defendant had another person's credit card information identified by fraud or other improper means.

4. From November 15, 2019 to November 18, 2019, the Defendant, such as computers, entered information necessary for settlement, such as H’s F card number (I) and validity period (**/******) by means of purchasing gift certificates in an island amounting to KRW 500,00,00, and acquired the same amount of property benefits by purchasing gift certificates in an island amounting to KRW 500,00,00, at a 17-round total amount of 17 times, as shown in the attached list of crimes (2) from around that time, from around November 18, 2019 to around November 18, 2019.

5. The defendant who interferes with the exercise of rights is a victim from theO located in the counter of Changwon-si around 15:00 on July 15, 2020.
