Punishment of the crime

【The Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Gwangju District Court on April 27, 2016, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Gwangju Prison on October 22, 2016.

[Criminal Facts]

1. On January 14, 2017, the Defendant used computers, etc.: (a) connected the Defendant’s mother’s cell phone in the name of M and charged e-mail with the “ mobile e-mail” card by using the Defendant’s mobile phone at an unspecified place; (b) entered the card number, password, effective period, CV number, etc. of the Nong Bank under the name of the victim BT, which was acquired by intrusioning on the FF’s site manager’s page without authority; and (c) settled KRW 92,160,00 from the victim’s bank account.

As a result, the Defendant obtained financial benefits equivalent to the above amount by inputting information without authority into computers and other information processing devices, and from around that time to March 5, 2017, the Defendant collected financial benefits equivalent to 40,536,230 won in total, on 611 occasions by filling ther cards at the mobile machine site, such as the 1st page of the crime committed in the same way from around that time to around March 5, 2017.

2. No person in financial business specializing in credit finance shall possess other persons' credit card information detected by fraud or other improper means, or make a transaction by credit cards by using such information;

Nevertheless, from November 2016 to January 201, 2017, the Defendant invaded without authority on the card number, password, effective period, CV number, etc. of the NongHyup Bank (Non-CCCC card) in the name of BT by using a computer at an irregular place, and identified the card number, password, effective period, and Non-SVC number at around 01:13, Jan. 14, 2017.
