Punishment of the crime

On November 2005, the Defendant, along with B, sought to store information on another person’s credit card by using the information source of his own seat belt (the name “ski machine”) with B, and forgee the credit card and distribute profits by purchasing precious metals with forged credit card.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with B, had each other's credit card information detected by illegal means.
