When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

On March 25, 2015, at around 23:05, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1k from the 193m section to the 2nd road of the Olympic Park, 193 (Seongdong) as the Do in Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, Seoul.
