Punishment of the crime

On July 7, 2015, around 00:20 on July 7, 2015, the Defendant driven a BM passenger car with a blood alcohol concentration of about 0.164% under the influence of alcohol at approximately 100 meters from the section of approximately 100 meters up to the shooting distance of the bit apartment located in Samsung A/S Center in Songpa-gu, Seoul.
