1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,227,804 and KRW 9,842,194, among the above money from November 7, 2014 to the day of full payment.

According to the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8, the facts of the cause of the claim stated in the separate sheet (However, the "creditor" shall be "Plaintiff", and the "debtor" shall be "Defendant") may be recognized.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 32,27,804 won and 31,318,087 won in total from November 7, 2014 to the day of full payment with 9,842,194 won in total, the agreed damages rate of 29% per annum, and 24.5% per annum, the agreed damages rate of 2C card installment payment, 24.5% per annum, each of the agreed damages rate of 10,026,893 won in total, and 10,026,893 won in total, the agreed damages rate of 23.5% per annum, the agreed damages rate of 26.5% per annum, the agreed damages rate of 2,50,000 won in LG card card cash service 2,50,000 won. Thus, the claim for this case is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
