1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years;

2. The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 6, 2014, around 03:00 on August 6, 2014, the Defendant was living in Songpa-gu Seoul, where the victim D (n, 29 years of age) located in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant was living in the victim’s dwelling by entering the stairs between the fourth and fifth floor through the entrance, on the ground that the victim was peeped.

2. Around 00:20 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Act by compulsion by force) discovered the victim before a multi-household house in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (n, 20 years of age) where the victim E (n, female, and 20 years of age) resides, went back to the front of the victim’s house, and went back to the front of the victim’s house, and forced him/her to sustain the victim, and forced him/her to put his/her hand into the clothes on the victim’s clothes.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Rape, etc.) around 04:00 on August 18, 2014, the Defendant discovered the victim in front of the victim G (here, 29 years of age) residing in Songpa-gu Seoul F, Songpa-gu, Seoul, and entered the victim into the flag by driving away the victim.

The defendant was unable to resist the victim by putting the neck of the victim in his arms in front of the sixth floor of the rooftop, and then putting his hand in the clothes of the victim and became the chest of the victim.

Since then, the Defendant: (a) led the victim out of the rooftop; (b) laid the victim over the floor; (c) prevented the victim from being injured by one hand; and (d) took one hand the victim’s face and double at one time.

As a result, the defendant invadedd the victim's residence to force the victim to commit an indecent act, and committed multiple scamblings that require treatment for about two weeks.
