The defendant is 5% per annum from June 14, 2017 to January 13, 2021 to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On January 10, 2017, the Plaintiff applied to the emergency room of the Defendant hospital due to symptoms that could not respond to the two copies and the end of the body. B. (1) On June 13, 2017, the Plaintiff hospitalized the Defendant Hospital for the purpose of the brain ties surgery among the right pyroids, and E, from June 14, 2017 to 12:55, from June 14, 2017, the following day, the Plaintiff performed the instant surgery for the purpose of the brain ties surgery (hereinafter “instant surgery”).

3) However, after the first operation, the Plaintiff did not shoulder the petition and did not go to the left-hand side, and E took effect from 18:05 to 19:35 on the same day the Plaintiff’s right-hand brain ties (hereinafter “the instant re-operation”).

이후의 경과 1) 이 사건 재수술 후 원고의 뇌 CT 검사 결과 우측 기저핵( 基底核 의, 대뇌 수질의 안쪽에 있는 몇 개의 신경세포의 집단을 통틀어 이르는 말) 의 급성 뇌경색( 뇌혈관이 막혀 뇌의 일부가 손상되는 질환) 이 확인되었다.

2) The Plaintiff was discharged from the Defendant Hospital on December 5, 2017, when receiving preservation treatment, such as rehabilitation treatment, for recognition, speech disorder, and left-hand paralysis symptoms.

3) The Plaintiff is due to the degradation of the left-hand side and the decline in the recognition function.
