A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has taken over an automobile registered for the registration of transfer of automobiles shall apply for the registration of transfer of ownership to the competent authorities;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on June 2013, did not file an application for the registration of transfer of ownership, even though he/she acquired an automobile in the name of (ju) D, from a person who is a “C” in the name of the head of Si/Eup/Myeon, which was registered in the name of (ju) D, and operated an automobile in the name of 2.5 million won until November 2016.

2. Counterfeit and use of a license plate;

A. On August 19, 2013, the Defendant kept in custody the registration number plate of the said vehicle on the grounds of the registration of seizure based on tax delinquency, etc. from the Mapo-gu Office on August 19, 2013. For the purpose of operating the forged number plate by attaching it to the above-mentioned vehicle, the Defendant stated “E” on October 2013, 201, the Defendant’s office of the Defendant, on the top of 103, F loanra 103, on the top of his house, and forged the registration number plate of the vehicle and operated the said vehicle between two years and 11 months after attaching it to the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and used a car registration number plate.

B. On September 17, 2016, the Defendant: (a) kept the number plate of the said vehicle on the ground of registration of seizure based on the time of delinquency due to the fact of delinquency from the Geum-gu Police Station in arrears; (b) on September 17, 2016, the Defendant placed the forged number plate at the request of the above vehicle; (c) on September 18, 2016, on September 11:00, Pakistan-si 403; and (d) on September 18, 2016, the Defendant forged the registration number plate of the said vehicle and operated the said vehicle for a period of one month after attaching it to the said vehicle.

Accordingly, the Defendant forged and used a car registration number plate.
